ロスそして他州のニュースも含め今何が起こっているか日本のニュースにはあまり出てこないような内容を選んでお知らせします。

毎週配信になりますので、気合を入れて頑張りましょう。

今週のニュース

毎日のように多くの規制内容が変わってきています。
アメリカ人の多くのが金銭的なことだけでなく、精神的にも疲れてきている人が多く、先の見えない恐怖が原因で鬱病になってしまう。
マスクを義務付けられているのに、あえてマスクをしないでスーパーに行き、そこで大喧嘩になり、罪もない人を殺傷したりと毎日のように嫌なニュースばかりが報道されています。
また子供達の学校に関しても多くの親達は今後の流れに振り回されています。
この時期ですから、ほっこりするようなニュースは期待していませんが、今後のことを考えるとわからないだけに、気持ちが落ち込みます。
このような状況の時には、ニュースをみない、そして可能であれば早起きをして、早朝に外にでて、体を動かすこと。Walking, running,workout何でも構わないので朝日を浴びながら1日一回は何だかの運動をする事は、気分転換には一番だと思います。
この時期だからこそ、自分達でできることを考えてがんばりましょうね。

今日面白いニュースを耳にしました。
2020年の最もNegativeな言葉は？何とPositiveと書かれていました。

１．バスケットボールがいよいよスタート！

3月中旬から全てのスポーツが中止になりましたが、野球も含め多くのスポーツが再開します。
バスケットボールは中断した時点でのスコアー東と西のチームトップ8がチャンピオンシップ戦を行います。

Kings and Pelicans — are staying at As Stadium and The Athletic’s Shams
Charania notes, when not playing players will be able to attend other
games, go to movie screenings and play video games, plus take advantage
of pools, trails, barbers, manicurists and pedicurists.

全てのチームはこの期間、同じ場所で生活をすることになりそうです。
この時点ではどんなスポーツでも観客がいなくても、テレビで見られるのであれば、とても嬉しいですね。

２．トランプが昨日提示しました移民法に関する新しい内容です。
President Donald Trump on Tuesday signed a memo that aims to bar
undocumented immigrants living in the country from being included in the census for purposes of deciding how many members of Congress are apportioned to each state.
